We do not have access ourselves to the personal data processed for the compilation of the statistics. Which user actions are logged by Facebook is determined solely by Facebook and we cannot configure, change or otherwise influence this.
We let Facebook provide us with the usage statistics for our Facebook page to improve the posts published there and to make them as interesting as possible for the users. The data is processed based on a balancing of interests in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR, which always takes your interests into account. If you are personally logged in to Facebook, the data will also be processed in accordance with the terms of use between you and Facebook pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. lit. b of the GDPR.
Facebook and we are jointly responsible for the processing of personal data to compile these usage statistics in accordance with Art. 26 of the GDPR.
Facebook's Insights information describes which data is processed under shared responsibility and includes the "Page Insights Controller Addendum“ in which Facebook and we have contractually agreed who fulfils which obligations under the GDPR.

Independent processing of usage data by Google
When you visit our YouTube channel or other channels within the YouTube platform, Google gathers usage data. Google alone is responsible for this data processing regarding data protection law. When you use Google, your personal information will be gathered, transferred, stored, disclosed and used by Google and will be transferred to, stored and used in the United States, Ireland and any other country in which Google does business, regardless of your country of residence. Data is transferred to companies associated with Google and to other trustworthy companies or persons who process it on behalf of Google. Google processes your voluntarily entered data such as name and user name, email address and phone number. Google may use analysis tools such as Google Analytics for evaluation purposes. We have no influence on Google's use of such tools and have not been informed about such potential use. If Google uses tools of this type for the YouTube channel of Hänsch GmbH, Hänsch GmbH has neither commissioned this nor otherwise supported it in any way. Also, the data obtained during the analysis is not made available to us. Hänsch GmbH can only view certain subscribers' profiles via their account. Apart from that, Hänsch GmbH has no possibility to prevent or disable the use of such tools on its YouTube channel.
Lastly, Google also receives information when you view content, for example, even if you have not created an account. This "log data" may include your IP address, browser type, operating system, information about the website you visited previously and the pages you viewed, your location, your mobile service provider, the terminal device you are using (including device ID and application ID), the search terms you used and cookie information.

Processing of your data when communicating with us via the YouTube channel
If you contact us via YouTube, we will process your data (e.g. your name and the communication content) to deal with your request. We will, however, process the data you enter on YouTube, specifically your username and the content published under your account, to the extent that we may respond to your postings under "Discussions". This means that we include the data you freely publish and distribute on YouTube in your offer and make it accessible to your followers.
Where necessary, we also process your data to enforce legal claims and defend ourselves in legal disputes and to prevent and investigate criminal offences.
The data is processed based on a balancing of interests in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR, which always takes your interests into account.
For how long will my data be stored?
We do not save any personal data about your use of the YouTube channel ourselves.
Information that you publish on our YouTube channel (such as comments) is stored by Google on the grounds of your user relationship and can be deleted from YouTube by yourself.
Who will receive your data?
If we communicate with you through our YouTube, it will transmit the personal data required for this purpose to Google, where it may be passed on to third parties for Google's own purposes and under Google's responsibility. The recipient of publications is also the public, in other words potentially everyone. Hänsch GmbH itself does not collect any data via its YouTube channel. Also, the integration of YouTube videos by Hänsch GmbH on their website (https://www.fg-haensch.de/) does not transmit the IP addresses of the site visitors to Google. Notably, no tracking of any kind is performed on the website without your consent.
We will only disclose your personal data to third parties with your consent, if there is a legal basis for doing so or if this is necessary to enforce our rights, in particular to enforce or defend claims.
Will we transfer your data to a third country or to an international organisation?
We will not transfer personal data collected through our YouTube channel to third countries (i.e. countries outside the European Union and the European Economic Area).
Which rights do you have regarding the processing of your data?
According to the legal requirements, you have various rights when it comes to the processing of your personal data. You have the right of access, the right to rectification, the right to erasure, the right to restriction of processing and the right to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a Data Protection Authority.

You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, against the processing of personal data relating to you performed based on Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. e or lit. f of the GDPR; this also applies to profiling based on these provisions.
If you object, we will cease to process your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing is for the purpose of asserting, exercising or defending legal claims.
b. Objection to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes
If we process your personal data for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for such marketing; this also applies to profiling, insofar as it is associated with said direct marketing.
Should you object to processing for the purposes of direct advertising, we will no longer process your personal data for these purposes.
