Hänsch makes a successful start to the international trade fair year

RETTmobil in Fulda and eRIC in Enschede form a brilliant start to an exciting trade fair season

Hänsch, manufacturer of optical and acoustic warning systems, has started the 2022 trade fair year with two international trade fairs. At the RETTmobil, the leading European trade fair for rescue and mobility, the Herzlake-based company presented itself from May 11 - 13, 2022, alongside 467 other exhibitors from 25 countries at the more than 70,000-square-meter site in Fulda.

The presentation of new products caused a particular stir:

  • the switchable warning system DBS 5000 with multicoloured middle modules, alley lights and working light
  • the Mobile Warning and Communication System (MOWACOM) in the handy format of a stackable protective case for warning the public
  • the small front flasher Sputnik Hybrid for installation in narrow mounting situations anda high warning effect in the intersection area
  • the tone sequence system TFA Per4mance with optimised sound propagation for urban and rural areas as well as a compressior signal. electronic compressor signal.

The new as well as proven products, such as the warning system DBS 4000, were not only presented at the booth, but also on vehicles of numerous automobile and automotive manufacturers. For example, on the ID3 and ID4 from VW, the Mercedes EQC and eVito as well as a Ford Ranger and a Land Rover Defender.

Less than a week after the RETTmobil, the Dutch trade fair for safety, eRIC, was held in Enschede at Twenthe airfield from May 18-19. More than 250 companies were present with their innovative products and services. Hänsch Signalis B.V. presented itself here for the first time with its own show trailer as a subsidiary of Hänsch.

According to Klaas Reitsma, Sales Manager of Signalis B.V., brand awareness in the Netherlands is growing strongly and the products are quite appreciated due to the high level of manufacturing and development competence. This was also evident from the fact that well-known automotive manufacturers such as Ziegler, Visser, Kenbri (Rosenbauer), Iveco Magirus as well as BMW-Motorrad presented their vehicles on the outdoor area of the airport square with Hänsch components.

Similar to the RETTmobil, the new products, especially the Sputnik Hybrid and the TFA Per4mance, generated a lot of attention. The high lateral warning effect and the slim design as well as the possibility of color switching and CAN control generated a lot of enthusiasm. "In addition, the TFA Per4mance convinced as an overall concept of a new sound system with many different additional options (e.g. error detection), different tones (urban and rural) and the new NL compressor sound," said Managing Director of Signalis B.V., Stefan Fangmeyer.

Both trade shows attracted an above-average number of visitors after a pandemic-related break. Thematically, the focus was on electromobility, disaster control, and telenotest medicine. Visitors showed great interest in Hänsch products due to their proven "Made in Germany" quality. Numerous promising discussions were held, new contacts and further appointments were made with existing as well as new customers. "Due to the positive response, we are already planning to participate in both events again," says sales manager and authorized signatory Ralph Wieczorek.
