DBS 5000 also successful in France

– Hänsch expands sales network –

Following the successful launch of the DBS 5000, Hänsch has already seen several respectable sales results in France. A cooperative project was recently set up with the French body manufacturer SEREA, which specializes in the sale of the fire service and ambulance vehicles.

For the end user, Grenoble University Hospital “Emergency Service Centre”, a Duster emergency vehicle was fitted with a DBS 5000 in combination with a HBE 300 hand-held control unit. The SPUTNIK SL front flashers add the finishing touches, ensuring an effective warning effect. The complete package is an ideal concept solution for the French market.

The project managers in France were impressed by the versatility of Hänsch products as well as the professional help and support. “Hänsch caters to the customer’s individual needs and is on hand at all times to answer any questions and concerns,” said the SEREA spokesperson.

Hänsch is very satisfied with this pilot project. It is a clear sign for us that the tried-and-tested Hänsch quality will also gain a foothold in France. Further projects with the DBS 5000 are already being planned.

Expanding the sales network in France:

In addition to excellent product quality, which is increasingly required in France, Hänsch also scores points on account of its professional customer advice service and excellent after-sales service in particular. The sales network is currently being expanded with the opening of an office in Strasbourg. One of the key ways of attracting new customers is by having direct contact with customers and prospective clients. That is why Hänsch is increasing its strong fleet of infomobiles and will also be presenting its full portfolio of visual and acoustic warning systems and expert technical advice to (potential) customers at their offices.
