Know-how along with the creativity of Hänsch engineers lead to the a new „milestone“, the DBS 4000. The light bar with its flat, aerodynamic shape contents only light components in long-life, powerful and frugal LED-technique. The modular construction and the different availability in length enable customization of the light bar. Along with the powerful acoustic warning device from Hänsch the new DBS 4000 meets all requirements for optical and acoustical warning systems.

The attractive shape provides good results in a wind tunnel as well. Due to intense tests during its development, the DBS 4000 causes less noise while driving and contribute to lower fuel consumption.
The light technique inside the DBS 4000 was developed by adding new improved functions to our proven modules. Using special selected LEDs and an optimal accommodated wide-angel optic (single lenses) enable outstanding light values. The DBS 4000 can be switched from day- to night-mode and is available with blue and amber LED-modules.
Other than most known analogue switches or control units the DBS 4000 is controllable via HighSpeed CAN Bus according CiA447 or fireCAN Standard. Networked to the data bus of the vehicle many additional functions will be enabled.
Variety and flexibility are the special characteristics of all light bar systems of Hänsch Company. The modular construction and the great range of optional add-ons make the DBS 4000 a real “devil of a fellow”. On request the LED-light technique of the light bar can be extended as requested with additional lights to the front or to the rear, with an integrated rear-warning-system or a LED-power flasher for high-speed emergency drive. For police purposes it is possible to add variations with LED-stop signal units (fixed text or programmable full matrix) and an optional cyclic stop flash of course. Even more functionality can be enabled by integration of working lights to the front/rear or to both sides (alley lights).
Beside an universal installation device there will be different vehicle specific clamps for simple mounting of the DBS 4000.
