Multi-Voltage for double flash beacons
With a new design of the circuit boards for the double flash beacons COMET, SATURN, and NOVA Hänsch group of companiesperforms a change to multi-voltage beacons for 9-32 V. After a testing phase of several months, during which the new boards were checked successfully, the voltage-depending beacons now will be replaced by the new multi-voltage ones step by step.
This change enables the customer to order standardized beacons independently from the board net voltage. These beacons are certainly still optionally available with an integrated function monitoring. New is, however, the choice of plus- or minus-output.
The board architecture was fully re-designed and optimized based on long-time experience in working with double flash technology. A significant reduction of stock costs is only one example of the several advantages in a multi-voltage beacon.
During the transitional period the Hänsch sales team will advise customers of the new multi-voltage beacons. Spare parts for the voltage-depending beacons (for 12 V and 24 V) will of course still be available on demand.
